It is with a heavy heart that I write this review, but my disappointment must be expressed. Under what I can only assume is new ownership, Bloom has taken a nose dive. As a very long time customer I used to love coming here. However, things have changed. In your desire to make bloom look better you have forgotten what really matters. Your employees and customer service. I did not come to bloom for the quality of your product, I came for the wonderful customer service. It seems you have neglected your BEST employees so badly that some of them have quit. In their place you have put new tenders and staff who know nothing of the business and have terrible bed side manner. It sickens me to see a place that used to be so helpful fall so far. Even the quality of your product has fallen. I suggest you take a step back and re-evaluate your priorities.
