Definitely not the best strain I’ve smoked in a while. It works as a higher class mid-grade, but I’m seeing some problems with this strain. Before smoking this though I also had some problems of migraine and mild pneumonia and trouble sleeping, hyperactive so that may be why it wasn’t so awe-inspiring to me. Upon smoking this herb, I found I was basically unable to move - totally couch locked would be the most dominant feature, but unlike others said, I found I still could not rest my head to sleep so easy even when very tired. Caused a bit of paranoia and didn’t seem to provide as much euphoria as other strains I have tried recently.. Forbidden Fruit, Kona Gold, Gorilla Cookies. Those three were top shelf picks so I would recommend those above this. (Believe me, those will blow your mind!) I was a little scatter brained on this strain but on the others, I could get a lot of creative work focused and complete, free flowing. But it may just have been that I was already a little sick when testing and because I had smoked quite a bit recently building tolerance and making me all smoked out. I didn’t smoke much before I gave up. Also I smoked on an empty stomach, and felt real hungry after smoking but nothing seemed appetizing so I just let my stomach rumble for some hours.. Even if I wanted to eat I wouldn’t have the energy to get up and get food anyhow. I got Black Diamond OG and OG has never been my favorite.

Last time I was at my local shop, I enjoyed some Lemon Kush, Sour Grapes, Forbidden Fruit and Kona Gold. I went back and the barista recommended Gorilla Cookies as her top 2 favorite. The Gorilla Cookies immediately appeared to me fluffy, a light shade of green, and very frosty in medium sized nugs. I had heard positive things about Girl Scout Cookies and was surprised to see a hybrid with Gorilla Glue in my local’s top shelf. Definitely a one hitter. Unlike the wonderful strain Forbidden Fruit, which is great at putting you to sleep, this Gorilla Cookies will make you feel very active, awake, and ready to take on the day. I put together a gravity bong and took a ‘monster’ hit, at first I couldn’t breathe or move and I thought I took too much. I was even literally blind for almost an hour. 5 hours later and I still have no pain whatsoever. No stress at all. A little into the minty fresh feeling of the buds when you take a huge rip. Makes me want to test more strains definitely, to get more positive effects. Next time I go to the shop I think I might get a cartridge for my vape, they are running for around 60-80$ seems like a good deal. It’s seems it would make it easier to be able to puff on the vape without having to worry about loading the bong and scraping the resin. Also I think when puffing thc from a vape you dont get as pungent of a lingering smell.

I got this from the Top Shelf in Oregon. I hand-picked which buds I purchased from the barista. Everything I purchased that day I choose by way of eye. I decided less talk about the positive attributes and more of looking and seeing which buds appealed to me by way of looks. After noticing some jars of a strain stood out to me, I would ask the barista to let me have a closer look. This strain was on the top shelf with no prior knowledge, I picked this jar of Forbidden Fruit first. I then remembered someone had told me it was his favorite strain at the shop. Immediately when the jar of bud is placed directly in front of me, I am taken aback by how purple and frosty this strain is. I had not seen such a dark shade of purple on any of my buds before. I grab the most frosty, purple bud and it weighs out to about 1.7 g. I also bout some grams of Kona Gold, Sour Grapes, Lemon Kush. I will post a picture of my nug, or what is left of it.
