How can you possibly have a bad experience at a dispensary--one you have been coming for all year and spent hundreds if not thousands? How you say? Hire a snotty young lady that pelts you questions and has an attitude. After I ask and she stomps away--the 'manager' comes over who can't be more than 22 and says sorry. I'm sorry. How can I help you? Are you joking? If this was Gucci and I was dropping cash like this, that sales person would have been fired. How can I help you?! I have $200 in my pocket at the salesgirl gave ME an attitude, and now you want my money??
The girl literally looked like she rolled out of bed with zits all over and from the moment I approached the counter she did absolutely nothing to make it an enjoyable experience. I will never ever ever shop here again. What a terrible business model and what bad energy. You need adults working in a weed shop at all times--this is absurd.
Oh wait I forgot some of the best parts--there was nobody there, nobody was in line, I had been at the counter for abt 15 sec before she started to be pushy and rude. When the manager came to talk to me, the girl was huffing and puffing and pouting back and forth within earshot. Was a terribly unprofessional place--already cocky and sloppy and it's not even recreational. Then when I tell her I don't plan on coming back she says--ok I'll put it in the computer. WHAT?? That's it? That's how you handle a customer complaint? She says, yep that's it. Unbelievable.
One good thing happened--I drove up the street to a dispensary I had never been before and they were helpful, informative, patient, funny... H4L I hope you see what I'm saying here.
This was the first dispensary I had ever been to--such a shame. I can't imagine your clientele are going to put up with bratty.
