Weekend supply run went smooth. I had the pleasure of seeing both, Toni and Katie. Every time I see Katie she asks how things in my World are, and with a smile too! Second visit and the guy sold me a CBD PR. When I said this wouldn’t do, I was basically told tough luck! I’m a medical patient asking for an item you have listed on Leafly. It was filled with a CBD version which isn’t what I wanted. I should have been able to exchange it then and there. I didn’t even touch the thing. I looked at the receipt and noticed CBD. Luckily this had some THC in it so phew. But I’m the future, one confirm exactly what the customer is asking to purchase, and two, change that policy on the medical side. It’s hard enough to afford this stuff as medicine as is. Not taking back an incorrect sale is horrendous

Took the drive into Somerville just after the morning rush. That allowed me time to visit other local sites before the afternoon rush. The first time patient discount is equal to that of Neta, without all the chaos of parking and negotiating through the human traffic, not to mention the interior volume of 100 people talking inside a marble dome, lol. The location in Somerville is easier to reach from 93 South in my opinion. Its blended in so nicely in the neighborhood with plenty of parking. The first impression was as it should be in any store you visit. I completed a one (1) sided form followed with immediate service. I had the pleasure of meeting Ruslan. I recommend visiting RevClinics to have a quick chat with this guy while you decide what to purchase. I'm also in the industry, so I have an understanding of how patients should be treated. Making a purchase with Ruslan was exactly that. Basically I had a conversation with someone that treated me the way Id expect when I'm purchasing cannabis. Tell a story and make a connection. I wanted to try their carts versus the other guys. Bad choice! I wanted a Sativa blend and was recommended an indica instead. I purchased a blueberry rift cart and boy was I upset when I got home. They add terps and for some reason chose Apple for a product marketed towards a berry. And the cartridge is all plastic and sealed shut. The majority of the big boys spend the extra $.10 and use ccell, glass and ceramic. I won’t be going back anytime soon that’s for sure.
