I had been a bit disappointed in Story for awhile because I'd order a product and if I didn't pick it up within a couple of hours my orders were cancelled. I finally met Lorry (I'm a little deaf- I think that's her name) who seemed to finally straightened out my account problems, I hope! Bottom line - she was wonderful and I went home with exactly what I wanted for a change!
