Great experience here yesterday. Budtender was calm, cheerful, and helpful. Great deal on the Stiizy 1g pods (BOGO). I wanted to buy the upgraded bigger battery for the pods, but only the smaller ones are carried. The staff made extra effort to track down the batteries since there were none on display. Although the waiting room was fairly crowded there was plenty of staff and I was served quickly. The receptionist added to the good vibe.

I've been a faithful customer, but I won't be back. This was the third time I ordered flower online, expecting to get their "deal" price and they come up with a rule about why my order doesn't qualify. I wonder if they run a new receipt after I leave and stick the $25 in their pocket. Three strikes. You're out. If there are exclusions to the deals they need to be posted clearly online and not made up as they go along. The cashier did give me the option to change my order so it would qualify for the discount but I ordered pick up because I don't want to go inside to purchase.

Pickup was a major cluster f@#& but I never have a great experience here. On the upside its close to home.
