I originally started buying from them because i like to shop local however i wont be going back. First they are almost always very short on product, in fact the last time i visited they literally had 1 Indica cart. Even their own staff says they have been telling them if they want to be busy they need more product. Second and most importantly the management is terrible, they have awesome staff who is super nice (kyle was awesome) but i had a problem and thought i was owed a discount and asked to speak with a manager and this bald guy with a beard comes out, doesnt introduce himself but throws his hat on the back counter and said "can i help you" and then basically told me there was no discount so i left without my almost $500 purchase. I emailed the store to let them know what happened. The GM Anthony called me and basically was a jerk, I told him the owner once gave me a discount because their credit cards didnt work and the owner was working on their cabinet, Anthony called me liar. I told him that they might want to check their business model because they always seem to be out of everything. He then proceeded to hang up on me, i sent a seperate email asking for the owner to call me which to date has not happened. I now shop at Ivy Hall in Montgomery, they are super nice, have discounts all the time, have alot of product and have good management.
