The absolute best shop downtown all-around. Best bud and oil by far, and they have the most reasonable prices, too. Much cheaper than The Dispensary or Rose City Wellness - they always have $10 or sub-$10 grams. Despite the cheap prices, walking in here makes you feel high-class. The shop is beautiful, with glass displays for all of their products and extensive info about each strain. The employees are friendly, professional, very knowledgeable, and they treat you like a VIP no matter what you're purchasing. DON'T GO ANYWHERE BUT SERRA!
