I have decided to write this review after being a customer here for over a year. Ultimately the only benefits of Atrium are its location and its flower which are not benefits I credit to the business or its owners. I have come to vehemently dislike their dishonest pricing and sales techniques. Too many times I have purchased an eighth on sale or a buy one get one only to find out they added on so many fees and taxes that it is priced the same as if you had purchased two anyways. This is extremely dishonest and they train their employees to lie to your face and claim that its CA state law when the majority of dispensaries manage to keep their prices up front the same as what they charge you. I don't accept Atriums employees explanation for why their prices are always 33%-100% more than what is displayed. It is their companies policies to steer as many customers in to transactions as possible because they know most people wont back out when their about to pay and the price is much higher. Their products and location are 5 stars, everything else about them and how they run the place and treat their customers is 1 star.
