I love the Nirvana Center, I come here every week sometimes twice per week. Unfortunately, today I was checked out by a new bud tender who was unaware the difference between THC shatter and CBD shatter. I asked twice to clarify that the product was THC (not 1 to 1) as I saw CBD on the package. The bud tender said no that it was the full strength THC product. After checking out and getting to my car I found that it was indeed a CBD product. I come here often so I had been told by several bud tenders that this product was CBD shatter. I even mentioned this to the new bud tender and he said oh we change out the products all the time. I tried to call to exchange the product for THC dab, not CBD dab and they said they can't return the product legally and the best they can do is give me a $10 credit on my account (the product was $25). Can you imagine the disappointment of picking up fresh dabs and it's freakin CBD?! So lame. BEWARE! Check your labels on your products yourself at this store. The bud tenders will tell you inaccurate information about the medication, drop it in your bag, check you out (without you touching the product or looking closely) and then they will not make it right 10 minutes after the transaction. When asked if I could speak to the branch manager or owner they said this stuff happens all the time and it's likely he would never return my call or email so this is my "best bet". The assistant manager who was unable to refund my payment or exchange it for the product I was under the impression I was receiving was Julia.

I used to spend upwards of 1000 bucks here every month because it's right up the street from my house and the budtenders are super nice. Nowadays they dont seem to restock a lot of their product and fail to update their menus anywhere, including the lobby screen menus, so you cant see that they're out of all the bud, cartridges or concentrates that you want until you've already waited in the massive line. Will be taking my business elsewhere after this happening several times. Note to management: if you're constantly running out of all the affordable cartridges you sell and the cheapest you can offer is 40 bucks for a half gram, I can go to several places within 5 miles to get it for 22-30. and please dont change the brands of concentrates on your menu every other week, it's hard to try to find something I like every time when I always have to try something new. pretty hit or miss.
