Been numerous times, rarely anything but a five star experience. Mostly smiling greeters and friendly bud tenders with helpful answers. Order ahead to skip the line- especially on Friday ( I don’t know if I have ever gone on Sat or Sun). Rarely “old” product, often VERY fresh dates on flower, and great sales on most brands if you’re patient! You can collect “stickers” with >$50 purchase for bigger discounts, sometimes double or triple sticker deals. I rarely shop elsewhere as they always seem to have an attractive deal when I go shopping! AND a senior discount!!

First thing I said to the bud tender was never been in here before. She didn’t say much so I said and I’m looking for a flower. She pointed out the board and said other ones come around quickly. I said so the prices include tax correct she said yeah. That the extent of our conversation other than how much it cost and here’s your change. I didn’t ask for more help but I certainly thought it would be offered. Especially after reading everybody else’s raving reviews about the bud tenders. Maybe it was just a bad day for this young lady. You don’t need her name. I’ll still be back I’m sure.
