Before visiting, we (me, my mom, and her doctor) had an extensive email interaction followed by an online consultation with Mike Ruggiero. He is simply extraordinary. His depth of knowledge, his communication skills, his empathy--all are exceptional. By virtue of my profession (software architect), I have a particular reverence for minds that can dive deeply into the details while still maintaining a higher level perspective; Mike Ruggiero personifies that cognitive combination in a warm, empathetic, and caring package. I couldn't say enough about him.
