Friendly staff and management, always eager to help or resolve problems with their products. I live in Melbourne and drive to Jacksonville for treatment at the Mayo Clinic and this is the second time I have stopped at this Jacksonville location and they have once again impressed me! I always think I know what I need, but then I tell them I need a consultation because once I start talking with the dispensary representative, today I worked with Kevin, I learn something new! Trulieve has always treated me like family! Even when my new $60 product broke (due to my unfamiliarity with the product) that I bought at the Jacksonville dispensary on my first visit, the Orlando Trulieve dispensary replaced my product for free which was extremely gracious and unexpected, especially for a company in this economy.
