Placed an online order and as part of the daily deal I was supposed to get a free preroll, my receipt shows it was added but it was not in my bag

After having been to several dispensaries none of ‘em have kept me coming back quite like H4L. They Always have great deals and quality flower and cartridges and edibles and knowledgeable staff.

IF YOU WANT PROPER SERVICE DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION. First AND LAST time at this location. My pickup order was not fully filled and was told I would have to go through the entire check-in process for 1 item, on top of that not honoring online price indicated for my purchase but when I asked to speak to a manager I spent 30 minutes waiting in the lobby watched 15-20 people walk in and out in that time and not once did the manager come and talk to me upon leaving I attempted to call the store multiple times but every time it kept ringing until disconnecting without warning never getting an answer
