GREAT customer service! Happy we were in the area again to give this place a second chance. Grabbed their special on GSC while doing a meet/greet. Definitely did not disappoint! I'll be back when we're in the neighborhood!

I have to give a genuine shout out to this dispensary for handling my senior moment yesterday. There was confusion regarding quantity & pricing. I questioned Melissa about it. She reviewed everything. She tried to explain to me how the calculations were arrived at but it didn't click in my head until later at home when I put pen to paper myself... and in my own handwriting, in black & white it was clear that I WAS WRONG. Today, I called to tell her it clicked & to apologize & let her know I now owe them. Melissa wouldn't hear it. The short version of this story is simple - Melissa took care of me quickly, swiftly and to her credit - I was the concern, not the purchase - even after I acknowledged my error! If you are searching for dispensary with service truly focused on the patient, this is place.

True Story: Not all franchises are created equal! This store raised the bar! I arrived irritated as hell but left feeling appreciated. Thank you for listening to me rant, hearing out my very wordy questions and for not trying to up-sale me! Lastly... thank you for honoring deals the others seem to never have when you arrive! I look forward to my return visit & referring you to others!

Staff was friendly in a beautiful store but daily happy hour specials were not available again & timing of restock is still unknown. Perhaps advertising should be revised to reflect current inventory.

Tried mystery #6 my 1st time here. I can say I'm pleasantly surprised! I'll be back because IMO if the '$' is good then $$$+ will be worth it. I've been to a few places where product price didn't match quality. So before dropping a lot 9f cash, I investigate. Happy that I'm comfy giving two thumbs up! Thanks for taking care of me!
