Holy Crap, three hour wait on 4/20, that’s dumb for any dispensary regardless of the day. I guess that’s what happens when your city only has 6 dispensaries. Oxnard is the worst lol. Anyway, fools in Oxnard have dedication to a dispensary that shows no dedication to customers. On any given day this place has THE worst customer service, there could be a dozen people waiting and the workers are in the back talking to each other. Maybe after about 20 waiting to be helped other employees finally come out and help the 18 customers that are waiting for the two employees to stop telling stoner stories to the customers they’re helping. Do yourself a favor and order ahead, skip the line and the wait. I don’t bother coming in unless I order before hand. I’m not trying to deal with a bunch of brain dead employees any longer than I have to. Dispos like to act like they’re dealing drugs out of their house and we gotta take what we can get. It’s 2024, you have an actual business, why not act like an actual business and have a legitimate retail storefront?
