Manager Joshua has been there the last 2 times I've gone in. He is a wonderfully caring, patient, definitely not a snob. I have mental disabilities and have had a few employees who made it a horrible experience.the last 2 visits Joshua has been there to save the day. I give Joshua 5✨.
A couple of the negative employee's & a few that just needed more training and customer service training.
I stopped going here for a long time. The people I had negative experience with have moved on. That makes it easier to go in. I'm very happy to see Joshua and his teammates. They have fantastic deals in a wonderful building & shopping area.
