I have severe social anxiety, and when I went to check if I had any messages from my babysitter while I was being rung up the bud tender stated sternly "if you're going to use your phone put it on the counter top". I understand that there are protocols in place, but a friendly warning would be appreciated as a stern warning was startling and overwhelming.

For the most part this place is great. The products and price are great, quality is on par, but the service can and does vary from interaction to interaction. 90% of the time everyone is friendly, but that 10% can be pretty shitty, especially if your budtender is having "one of those days".
