Preorders get done so dirtyyyyyy! So Halloween night, being the “conscious of my time in my day so be responsible and set up a preorder looking self” I would do just that. I get a text at 5:48pm to pickup. What the text means is that my stuff ha been bagged with my name and label on it and it’s on the shelf ready to be scooped up and paid for right? Wrong. Pull-up on Natures at about 6:20pm and at this time, preorder line and regular line pretty long. I say back and try to be patient knowing tall lanky guy (Noah?)doin what he can to crank people in and out lobby (I’ve had words with him before about not tappin into the preorder line as much as the regular line and see this shit still going on but I digress cause I’m about to get medicated). I finally get inside and wait patiently as I watch regular line guests that are outside still waiting, come in, be called and be gone. Fuming!!!! As I listen to another patron standing by the bathroom ask the cashier who pulls and calls another regular customer, “Why aren’t you calling preorders or pulling IDs from that other tray?” “Hey bro, sorry I can’t help you but I’m coded to cashier for the main room, “ he says as he disappears back into the room to do his job. That’s when I nearly lost it. I clearly see dude in long dreads (clueless of name but I’m sure I will know after today) taking preorder customers basically in the lobby but rarely seeing anyone go back there... like ghost city. What I don’t get is the employees simply saying WE don’t get the process. That’s all I kept hearing Dreads say. I spoke up and asked him to elaborate so I can understand. As he’s trying to explain to the best of his ability, besides natures being award winning and most popular and preorders are through the roof, it doesn’t explain why my shit is sitting on the rack can’t be pulled and paid for because it is already to go opposed to someone coming in and shopping. No- stuff was already ordered, I basically know my price and have the money in hand to pay for it. Make it make sense. In his attempt of an explanation, I hear him say “That room is basically coded and is the main room for regular customers” while we’re trying to pull preorders. Dog, all you’ve basically said to me is screw the conscious being you are for preordering buttttt preorders are basically being sh*t on tonight cause most of everybody is here for regular customers and we’ll make time for you when we can. Yeah, Jacob is the manager and was present that night but besides him being great, other systems need to get right. Preorders and how they’re serviced first and foremost because I patiently watch and observe before I start and this just really frustrated me tonight. I’ve placed numerous suggestions in the suggestion box, I’m not just complaining. Maybe incentivize servicing of preorders for their cashiers when there are long lines for both. Get a square so someone can come to preorder line only outside and service people. But they not hearing me though. This is my only complaint with Nature’s. Everything else straight. Just don’t sit in my face and tell me I don’t understand. Make it make sense.
