I LOVE THIS PLACE! I usually like to go in and smell the flower before I buy it and ask questions about new edibles (you guys need more salty stuff, btw), but since the pandemic, I've been ordering online. There's a separate, much shorter line when I get there, and I dont have to wait as long. The budtenders are always so friendly and helpful. Make a mistake on your order or want to change or add something when you get there? No problem. These guys and gals will accommodate you. They always have a great selection of flower, edibles and concentrates, as well as merchandise. I usually drop in once a month. NOTE: These guys are being safe, so everyone wears a mask, there are markers on the floor for customers to keep a safe distance. Security will scan you on the way in and check your purse, and i feel a lot safer walking back to my car when I leave, even tbough Captain Jack's is in a nice area of San Bernardino. As Ahnold would say: "I'll be back." :-D
