Two easy ways to be verified as a medical patient!

1.) Email us! Snap a photo of your California doctor's recommendation and a photo of your government-issued ID

2.) Call us! Have your California doctor's recommendation and government-issued ID handy, we will take your information over the phone and verify you.

*Please note to have your ID card and California doctor's recommendation at hand for a first-time pick-up order that is finalized over the phone

For any first time deliveries, our driver will take a picture of your doctor's recommendation note to keep on file for future purchases. Please have both available.

Free delivery is provided within a 20-mile radius of the storefront- delivery fees apply exceeding 20 miles

Defective electronics or cartridge-based items are eligible for exchange in accordance with budtender testing, provided on-site. Must provide a receipt of purchase and packaging within 30 DAYS for all exchanges.
