I thought that this location was the best in the area and have recommended it to friends based on previous experiences and after my experience last night I am not as impressed. Upon going into the store the staff wasn't as friendly as when I've been in before. I came to find out many things we're out of stock that were on the online menu; that was disappointing, but understandable. When trying to find other products the budtender wasn't very helpful. He didn't seem to be trying very hard to have good customer service. He kept recommending indica strains when I specifically noted that I was interested in a sativa strain, and I came to find out that when I got home and opened my bag that the products I thought I was purchasing were not, in fact, the products in the bag. I asked for a lemon haze preroll and was given a Girl Scout cookie preroll and I asked for a bourbon cured preroll I was given a tequila cured. That was disappointing to say the least. Upon check out at the store I presented a stamp type card that I earned a discount after spending x amount of money at the store before; I was informed that I cannot use it and the budtender, again, had poor customer service skills in telling me that and seemed to not care. Overall, it was a really disappointing visit, but the products are of good quality and my previous visits have been fantastic. Not sure when if I want to return after my last visit though.
