I'm actually appalled by the abysmal "customer service" this dispensary provides customers, which is saying a lot in our seemingly dystopian world. I've been a loyal customer for years and although have received poor service in the past, they turned it around and I routinely drive by my old dispensary to come here. I generously tip my bud tender each visit but today's visit was unreal. After placing an online order, I arrived at 9:48 pm with confirmation in hand. ID checked and waited at the counter for my order with no other patrons. I was asked if I knew "what I ordered" and the bud tender left for a few minutes only to return to relay "he put all the weed away", (unclear who "he" was). This was 9:52, admittedly past closing, however I had arrived prior to closing and my order had been put away. On countless other occasions, I have witnessed a customer come the day after to pick up an online order but tonight I was apparently out of luck. Please BEWARE, they clearly don't want or need your business and quality has been increasingly disappointing. I've seen them be openly rude and experienced it myself, go somewhere that is invested in Colorado not just here for the tourists. If you get the same substandard and apathetic service, call their corporate office so Starbuds can return to the former reliable retailer they once were.
