As a medical patient, I purchased the flowers I usually get in my trusted dispensary. The moment I opened the three jars, I was overwhelmed by the smell of mold. I tried to smoke it and I immediately started to cough. I tried to return the product and I was told to fill out a form online. The staff was absolutely useless and refused to even smell or take a look at the flowers. They just dismissed me! I then filled out the online form and attached pictures, as requested. Notice that mold is not necessarily immediately visible, so I am not sure what the pictures were for. Guess what, they requested more pictures!!! At the end, they wrote that they didn’t want to neither give me a refund nor a replacement and they suggested I see a doctor for the wheezing sound in my lungs! This whole experiences has been insulting and infuriating to say the least. There are so many great dispensary in the area. Make sure you avoid this one if you care about your health and money.
