Literally around the corner as in I can crawl there even if in agony - Sahara Wellness is a warm and friendly smaller dispensary with a lot of heart. The interior is very spa-like and comforting, there's an ATM, very friendly staff all around and absolutely helpful as can be. Some good deals can be found here for medical patients especially, again proving that an understanding of the importance of medical cannabis and those of us who have nearly lost lives for the right to Recreate with it. That's a past I know will be forgotten by far too many now that the green is bringing in those Recreational green taxes. Pro medical. A little chaotic on the service currently, but that's across the boards in Las Vegas since the recreational openings.

Clean, excellent service. A little pricey but these folks are caring, no b.s. down-to-earth and the budtenders know their stuff pretty darned well and aren't afraid to speak up on opinions either. VERY PRO PATIENT which is for at least now the measurement I am using to review Las Vegas dispensaries since the Recreational Riot began on July 4 2017. How a dispensary is managing medical v. recreational seems to be an excellent measure of its true heart. INYO knows that it exists at all because they are patients first too. Friendly, ATM, clean, supportive, separate med/rec lines. Recommended for patients and rec patients too!

Wonderful, caring group of folks with deep commitment to healthier living. Love that they have free activities such as art therapy, education outreach to patients and an excellent, kind and ethical staff who have looked out for me as a medical patient via reciprocity with Arizona for about a year prior to my moving to Las Vegas. RECOMMENDED in every way - and those Top Shelf Tuesdays for the connoisseurs out there whether medical or recreational - my favorite day of the week at Oasis!
