The service and atmosphere has gone way done. 2 horrible experiences in one week. Today it was with checking in and the budtenders being extremely unprofessional and rude. Herbal wellness staff only about 4 have some sense and respect for patients the other half take the authority to far and are extremely unprofessional in your face. They have no fear of their consequences as a patient I am extremely appalled I just can’t believe herbal wellness staff at like that

The staff didn’t open on time and when they did they were moving so slow the girl couldn’t even close the bag. The tree selection sucks the tree is dry. The staff attitude sucks. Like I can go on and on the place sucks period.
