always a good experience when I come here. everyone is always so helpful and nice, and the variety is too notch! they always have really good deals going on too. I usually come in for dabs, and am never let down. and the flower is always a pleasant surprise when I do get it.i have had some super dank 20 eighths and never leave disappointed. also the nug run clean concentrates are 🔥🔥🔥

put an order in at night and got a message that drivers are out til tomorrow but they would hook it up if I still wanted it then. i waited and they hooked it up fat. FAT. They took a bit to get to me the next day but they made it. However I did not get the bud that I ordered. I ordered some purple shit and I got some green buds that were ok. wasn't expecting much considering the price point but I still have most of it in a drawer cuz it's just mids. can't complain too much cuz it's reggie prices for an oz but I was hoping to get at least what I ordered.

first time going in a dispo since moving from az and I must say top notch all around.service was fast and smooth and quality was amazing! picked up a half of aster Mac fresh from dec for 50 with ftp discount and I am not in the least bit disappointed!! would definitely recommend and will be returning. also I left my DL and they called me and told me very promptly and even held it til I can come back again. you all are the best! thank you!

Went in after work to get bogo quarter because order wouldn’t go thru online. They had 1 quarter left, so not enough for bogo and said they are putting together more it will be 30 to 40 mins and they also said to put it thru online next time…. I tell them I tried and it wouldn’t go they, guy says oh yeah it’s been down today. I tell him I get it and I’ll wait in the lobby since my drive is way out of the way and they said cool. They kept checking and telling me they’re almost done. 30 mins later dude comes from the back saying it’s gonna be a long while. A LONG while. They couldn’t bag up one more or even do anything for wasting my time waiting around. Not the first time I had bad customer service there either. Just depends on who you get.. sometimes dude is grumpy and will hold bag 6 feet from you and tell you can’t touch it or see it but to pick one. Other times you get Samoan dude or couple of the cooler people and it goes good… also the quarters from AO have to have seeds in them.. the little white ones that get caught in the buds… I get it’s bogo but at least let us know about seeds ahead of time.. overall though, I will not be returning as they wouldn’t do anything to remediate the situation after they told me numerous times they were almost done and then nothing. Customer service is where it’s at for me. Sales are a dime a dozen and you can get the same herb everywhere. Will not be returning and will be deterring others to do so as well via Reddit, google, and word of mouth.

bait and switch for sure! went in to pick up live sauce as pictured and was sold some badder in a live sauce box... nothing saucy at all and no diamonds in it. I stop going here and every once in a awhile I go back and I am always reminded of why I stopped going here. I called and told the guy there about what I bought and he pretty much said it is what it is. that's how it is based on the plant used. they are selling sugar wax off as sauce.. and based on the pic, it should be sauce with diamonds. absolutely misleading and I hope the state of az cracks down on you guys. you guys are always doing something shady or selling bud with seeds. absolutely disappointed and when I told the guy at the shop it didn't matter to him. your just another number here. not a patient.

amazing staff and amazing meds!! if you want something that gets you high not just half baked this is the spot. a hundred and change for a quarter kinda hurt when I'm getting half oz for that but this is way better than anything I have gotten at that price point. gotta pay the cost if you want something that works.. keep up the great work guys!! hopefully you keep us medical folks at the forefront when you transition to rec..

this place is absolutely amazing! the waiting area is everything one can ask for in a dispensary as a the tenders are even better. and to top it off the quality is amazing!! thc bomb prepackaged half was legit!!!

I used to love coming here and did not mind driving half an hour to 45 minutes every week to either location and spend 2 to 300 bucks a visit. now they raised their prices and the points system? not worth my time anymore. gonna be shopping closer to home.

it's super far from me and when I pulled up to the front my first time, first thing that I see is a big burly man coming out yelling at the workers, cussing and expressing his dissatisfaction. once i got in, the workers were really nice, the service was impeccable, and the meds were top notch from bottom tier to top tier, especially the jack Herrer. will be returning today!
