This was not a good visit. I placed an order online and got confirmation that it was filled. When I got there my order was not filled, and the lady who helped me had difficulty locating my order slip. Once she found it, she then filled it. Luckily, what I had ordered was available still. This is 2/3 times I had gotten confirmation that they filled my order but didn't. The only reason I'd be going back is strictly price and product.

This first started as an extremely bad visit. I placed an online order and they filled it with the wrong item. Luckily I saw and checked. Once I saw it was incorrect, they checked and they no longer had what I ordered. I was very angry. Luckily the manager, Zaid, was able to smooth things over. Sierra S helped me further and thanks to her and Zaid they were able to very quickly turn my visit from "I'll never go back" to "They will now be a go to". ***word to the wise: check your online order before leaving. I would have been even more angry if I drove home and then discovered they sold me the wrong item. date of sale: 6/26/21
