This was the my first time visit here and based upon my experience I would not come back. The staff needs to be trained to multitask and be able to handle the crowds. The receptionist took forever to enter my first time patient info, therefore allowing other customers to go ahead of me. As I’m sitting there, other patient came and I guess had homie hookup because they took him back almost immediately. I was shocked! I waited for over an hour, as I watched people come and go ahead of me. Not sure what the issue was but they seemed very unorganized. All I can say is the flower better be good!
Lady on the phone was extremely helpful! I didn’t get her name, but great attitude during this difficult time! She understood we still need to medicate during this quarantine!
