My visit was amazing in and out very fast. I placed an online order I walked in and I picked up my order. There was no line. The gal who checked me out was friendly and welcoming.

First time in not impressed. Three people who came in after me who had phone/online orders decided to change their order and wanted to go in the back and shop. They took them in front of me. I don’t think you should be able to change your order once you get in store and if you do you should have to wait your turn I had already waited 30 minutes. Everything just takes a long time all of the stuff they have to put in the computer when you’re in the back took a really long time. I was not impressed with the quality of the products I purchased either beware they’re cleaning house right now the stuff has not been stored properly dry flower improperly stored concentrates Definitely thought GREENPHARMS had better quality. Something that should’ve took 30 minutes took 1 hour and 15 minutes.

I love everything about Nirvana West. I drive two hours just to shop here. The bud tenders The service the product everything top notch. Also you can’t beat their daily deals, something for everyone every day of the week check them out. I almost forgot they carry Glorious!!

My bartender was awesome gave me everything I wanted. Was welcoming knowledge made recommendations. Whenever I’m in Tempe nirvana is my place to be. Plus quality meds. Get the glorious

I love this location it's my go to when I'm in Phoenix. The flower is always on point and their bud tenders are always welcoming. Thanks for all the good vibes.

First time here fast service great product even better people. You should definitely stop here while visiting Prescott.
