They are fine when you are handing them money, but TERRIBLE if you have an PROBLEM WITH BUGS IN YOUR CANNABIS!
I purchased product yesterday, and shortly thereafter found several (fungus gnat-type) insects attached to the inner flowers on several that I inspected. This is unacceptable, so I promptly drove to the store expecting thanks for finding pests, and an exchange for a BUG FREE Product....NO SUCH LUCK!
THEY ALL BUT CALLED ME A LIAR, SAYING: "how do we know that that stuff came from that jar?" and told me that although they do returns & excanges ( for others ) with faulty product, this was different because I had to remove the product from the package to see the insects...they never explained this to my satisfaction.
They intermittently blamed their inability to help me on:
the State Control Board, and
the lack of the "owner" being off premises, or
my opening the package before finding the CRITTERS
They took my phone number, but not the SHITTY CANNABIS THEY SOLD ME
Waiting for resolution...key word "waiting"
