Given the fact that the entire store was busy AF, the staff was amazing and kept up with the pace, as pleasantly as humanly possible under those conditions. Great Job!!!! However, it was disappointing to learn that a sale event couldn't be honored because I didn't know in-store coupon also applied for online pick-up orders. I would of been just fine, picking up my order and never being told I was eligible for the sale discount, that I wasnt getting, because i didnt order 2, as it was "the last one" in stock. why would I order 2 if I didn't know the sale applied? Anyway, I left a little baffled as to why he would be so heartless as to even mention it all. 🤣 Just shut your mouth and give me what I ordered. 🤣 i dont need to know I missed a deal. no shoulda, woulda, coulda's. Truth in Sarcasm. On a serious note, you guys rock!! staff is awesome!! They all need raises. and update your website to clearly state what your sales event rules/protocols entail. I would of gladly paid the full sale and picked up sale item when it was replenished. I wasn't even offered that, why? 🤷‍♀️.
