had a deal I placed on Express for carts. I never had carts and they had a promo bogo on carts and a free battery. I place the order a hr before. I arrived and they sold me the carts and I asked where is the battery. they ran out hours ago. now I have no way to smoke the carts and they tried selling me a battery. when I mentioned hey it still on your website misleading. they they shrugs and said would you like a refund. it so simple to no do your customers right. its no convenient to drive to find out they dont account and didn't post wsl

under staffed. Express orders have priority over patients in waiting room. you can order and get what you want. but well you wait Inside the product will be gone before you get to the back. no compensation for lack of personal and your time. I came here for a deal and there were 3 ppl waiting 20 minutes later I go back and there out of my product. sweet

changed there Ftp less than 4 days up to $75 dollars matched with $75.00 after grand opening. vets and those inbetween checks missed out due to greed. for those that didn't make the grand opening. Patients missed out and then complete joke on new ftp. will not recommended due to over priced and bad quality. Not how you do business and greed over patients.

Great place not enough seating most of the time waiting in the heat. Great value excellent staff Great product. a pick up would be nice to avoid heat. plenty of parking.

Does not staff a according got the young ladie answering pick up line and checkin. can't call in pickups and wait forever. tried for 3hrs on Tuesday to call in. drove all the way there and they wouldn't place a pickup I had to call. no concern for patients time

Over priced then tax. 250 oz becomes 275.00 and the kicker is a lot of seeds. When addressed after spending 800.00 on buying oz specials it was no big deal to have overpriced buds with seeds when we all know others there are competitive prices. Just a bummer I can't buy overpriced seedy bud just because the staff is awesome & place.ill miss ya guys
