I have been going to Rise and buying my products from them. I do LOVE getting my strains and edibles at Rise and products work great for me, as well as staff have been very helpful there as well. I am in no way trying to diss Rise. I however after learning my 22 year old son has decided to stop using Delta 9 and start experimenting with Delta 8 and found he has liked this even BETTER than the Delta 9 had me a bit curious! For the past four months he has strictly went to the Urbane Hemp CO. He enjoys the benefits of the products as well as the friendly knowledge of the staff. Now I gave you the reason behind me wanting to seek this store out for myself. I have been studying cannabis with CTU online. I had thought possibly of changing my career from childcare to budtender since covid had forced me to loose my job at the preschool. I have been learning so much through CTU and at this time have decided to continue my education, but have decided to not go the budtender career at the moment for a variety of personal reasons. I am also a hairdresser and I reach many people on a daily basis who benefit from my knowledge I am learning and also through my experimenting with different products and places to discuss with people. I don't want to make this review a blog however about my personal journey, although if interested you may drop me a line on here and I can get in touch with you to explain that in more detail! I would love to help you in any way I can get off those prescription drugs and possibly headed down a path of dangerous addiction! So my review of the Urbane Hemp CO was a 5 star rating out of 5! Taylor, the daughter of Brad, who owns the store, is extremely friendly, knowledgeable, approachable, uses the products herself, and can tell you her story as to why she does and the benefits she gets from using them. I however have not met Brad her father yet, but hope to on one of my stops in there. I would love to hear his personal journey with cannabis as well and how he came up with the idea and concept for the store. I did go to the store for the first time with a friend of mine. She hasn't really experimented with cannabis other than back in high school and currently works a job that drug tests. She is on a prescription cocktail of antidepressants, anxiety meds, and a mood stabalizer. All of these meds of course causing bad side effects and often leading to other prescribed meds to combat the side effects and how you get on the " prescription cocktail " trend that so many people are now on! From the moment we first walked in the door Taylor knew we were first time customers. She takes the time to get to know each person who comes in the store. She greeted us with a friendly hello and asked what brought us into the store today? I had told her my son comes here often and has been telling me about the place. Taylor then asked me what my son's name was? I told her his name and she knew him right away! She even knew how often he came into the store, how he always placed an order online and then came to pick it up, knew his favorite products he bought, and reasons he chose the products he did. This shows me that she and this company are truly here to educate and help people choose a life with cannabis in it! Thank you Taylor for helping me and my friend that day. We love the products you chose for us and the edible brownies....all I can say is yummmmmmmy! So good and hard to resist eating the whole thing at one time! I will be stopping in again tomorrow to bring along another friend. Looking forward to our visit!
