Low qual pre rolls thanks but no thanks for the first time freebie. Shatter was runny. Low qual buds as well. Not impressed. I honestly want a refund. You guys have really nice staff. But I guess they have to be nice to distract you from crappy product. If you care about your customers, please fix.
