Harbor House Collective

recently visited the Harbor House Collective dispensary for the first time and had a great experience. The edibles were delicious, and the flower was of excellent quality. I also picked up a cart, which I enjoyed initially. Unfortunately, it started leaking two days into using it. I called the dispensary and spoke with a staff member who assured me they could provide a replacement cart, especially as a medical patient. However, when I came in today, the manager I spoke to began to insinuate that I was lying about it leaking. He kept saying he thought I had smoked all of it and said the best he could do was give me half off. I have never lied to a medical establishment to get a discount or free things in my four years of smoking, and I know that things happen to carts often, but usually at the end, not two days into using. Despite feeling uncomfortable about the interaction already, I was cool with it since I like the meds. Then, as I was buying things, he proceeded to ask me in a very odd manner if the items I was asking for were for me. Which...what? I'm here shopping...looking through my phone to find the products I had screenshotted earlier. I've never been treated so poorly at a dispensary or been told I was lying because of an issue I had with a detective product. I don't think I'll ever be going back, which is disappointing as the items were good but not worth being treated like a liar over.
