This is hands down the WORST dispensary in the Phoenix area. I'm seriously doubting how many of these reviews were written by *actual* paying customers and not their staff members because my experience was VASTLY different than everyone elses. Here's my play by play - obnoxious "stoner" music playing when you arrive in the lobby, which is strangely small considering the size of the rest of their facility. Check in with reception (the ONLY nice part of the entire experience) and wait for 20+ minutes while listening to one of the budtenders flap his gums incessantly while aforementioned stoner music drones on. Finally get called back and get the pleasure of listening to Gum Flap McGee tell me all of his opinions while smelling the worst smelling bud I've ever smelled in my life. Seriously. Stick your nose in there. If it doesn't smell like old shoes and dry hay, I'd be surprised. Gum Flaps tries to sell me some obvious garbage shwag while blatantly not listening to anything that I'm saying to him about what I need. I ended up leaving with "The White" (and a free trash weed pre-roll comprised of stems and "shake") and completely wasting my time and money. The meds were well overpriced, did NOT work and were not properly cured, and when I contacted AZNS to see about an exchange or refund, I was told by Tom to expect a call back from "Blythe" that never came. I don't know about you, but that screams to me "We've got your money, so you can go sit and spin now" TLDR - Pretty looks aren't everything. If you want to buy overpriced ineffective schwag from a "beautiful" warehouse, this is your place. If you want quality medication that actually works like it's supposed to, I'd suggest looking at literally any of the other dispensaries in the area.
