My order issue was resolved today thankfully. I had to get a credit for an order that didn't have the product in the container. I had to contact to grower/distributor themselves and the process took at least 2 days to resolve. Felt like something I shouldn't have to do, and the fact that it happened really let me down. Otherwise I have hardly ever had any problems arise with products being defective, broken, missing... etc. and have only good experience with the staff members.
