I called, texted, and sent info. per their request to their Gmail. No response from 6pm to close (by appointment only... just say very selective and not really that serious). There are no excuses period! You have a business with a new number even and instructions but fail to say anything. This is my go to spot but not shopping there lately. I need concentrates 70% and up and they rarely have that. The menu is poorly managed in the way of concentrates. I know many times going in and purchasing something not on the menu. Have been using a delivery service and saving a little money and I can always get what I need. I would prefer to have what I need at H4L. I'll be watching to see if it gets better. Not hating just have needs.
