have to say JUST AWESOME. I have a hearing problem, don't know from minute to minute what I will hear. Often garbled, like through a tin can, sometimes extremely loud. It sucks. Today my bud tender first approached with a mouth/nose mask. He saw I was having trouble understanding, so the next time he comes to the window, he has a hat shield (I have two), and it was somewhat better. But the point is, he saw a struggle and tried to help. These masks, and so on ARE NEEDED, we if we want to walk freely again someday. But it has hampered the hearing impaired EVEN more. So when someone tries without being asked... OUT-FREAKIN'- STANDING. It's called RESPECT and there is not enough of that anymore. Thank you, I did not hear your name....my fault, but I hope the right person gets credit for job well done! PS You never need to ask an old guy about free stuff or the total usage of points. WE LIKE FREE STUFF! Heck we go to funerals just for the free meals. (KIDDING) Peace my friends

I've said it before and here to say it again, This is the best place in the entire area. I thank Troy today and many times before. He treats patience with dignity and often makes recommendations that spot on! There are several outstanding tenders here. I have three I prefer Troy, Parker, and I am sorry that I do not remember her name, but a young lady with black hair.... seems to be a manger, my top 3. Honest, frank, always helpful. GREAT JOB! Now someone needs to help an old dude with this points thing... LOL I just noted this on my receipt (probably been there forever) but is there some electronic info I can access? Do they expire? It's a great "motivator". Makes pain become acceptable levels to function. Seems to override some of the depression related to Meniere's Disease.
