After being a customer for a year, I must say this place has grown to be a really great shop to do business with. Most of the staff are friendly, though not all of them. I've noticed in some of the responses that KushMart has made, they recommend getting a manager. That's unrealistic and most likely will not happen as often as it should in a fast paced, high volume store like this, unless there was a real big screw up. I understand customer service is big, but that's more on the managers to make sure their staff were properly trained and continue to work on their skills. Reviews like this are likely to be a better way to address and hopefully fix the issues. It's a real issue with this store, but if your skin isn't a little tough, I don't know you should be out and about anyways, lol. The prices are not the very best in town, but their selection makes up for the few dollar difference. The product is always great, especially their top shelf buds. I come in at least twice a week, and will continue to do so! Thanks you guys.
