HerbaFi dispensary was phenomenal in helping me to pick up a hard-to-find item and everyone was extremely helpful at the dispensary itself. Greatly appreciative!

Wellness Solutions

I give huge kudos to Wellness Solutions for their outstanding efforts to help, but really wish they'd be more educated on their products, giving inaccurate information at times (ie, thinking "Half and Half was a 50:50 CBD:THC mix when it's 100% THC-- and also not knowing if their products contain Sativa or Indica strains or were a hybrid-- which I later confirmed with the manufacturer). This is a bit disconcerting and is important to know and I'd think that any dispensary truly focused on and invested in helping their patients would have become relative experts in this area before selling their products, especially with so many years of lead time. Their actual dispensary area is nicely set up and they have tons of space (apparently for future plans), although if I had used my wheelchair the dispensary counter would have been a bit 'high' (no pun intended). The front lobby is nice but a bit 'cold' and uninviting, more like a front office environment. They do need to update their website to reflect the $30 they charge for the pharmacist consult (which was with a pharmacy tech, not a registered pharmacist), although it is credited back toward a future purchase over $100. The issues is that their site states there is no fee whatsoever and no other dispensary in MD seems to be charging this; some other dispensaries will make appointments for those unable to stand in lines while Wellness Solutions currently is going in the order the patient came to them and went through their process. They claim to be the only dispensary with a registered pharmacist but I've made two other dispensary inquiries and confirmed that both other dispensaries follow a similar "medical model" and not only have registered pharmacists but even have doctors on staff (Wellness Solutions' website says they have a psychiatrist on staff as well). Everyone was very nice and extremely helpful, though-- and they were the very first to officially set up shop and serve patients in MD while other dispensaries are still waiting to receive initial product. Hopefully Wellness Solutions will learn more about their product and how it may help their patients' specific medical concerns, something I'm finding other dispensaries are more in tune to. I understand this is an entirely new business and product in Maryland and everyone is going through some degree of a learning curve. Everyone has been very dedicated and took a great deal of time in helping me out, across several months' time. I will likely return but as supply catches up with demand, I may choose to stay local to where I live instead of making the drive. So far they are not delivering, also this option is currently stated on their website. It would also be helpful if they would update their info on sites like Leafly, Weedmaps and others where they are listed. I'm glad to have medicinal cannabis finally available as an option to address my medical conditions since I'd pretty much run out of options. I'm still "micro-dosing" which was good advice they gave, and have hope this may really make a positive difference in my life.
