This place sold me moldy hash. An inconvenience but honestly not a big deal. What made me irritated was when I took it back and they refused to refund, exchange, or accommodate me in any way. Their website says the supplier can be contacted but does not list the information for the supplier of the moldy hash. When I sent a respectful e-mail inquiring about contact info for the supplier they did not respond. I will never be going back to this place. Any reputable dealer would have had the integrity to take back a clearly unusable product. This place hides behind the WA state law that says "no refunds" even though it sold me a worthless, unusable product in the first place. The responsibility should be on them to supply mold-free cannabis. If the product came "as advertised" I would never have tried to return it but it is not safe to use. The staff had found out about the moldy hash and taken it off the shelves but still had no plans to make it up to people it was sold to. The reality is they don't care about their customers.

So far this is my favorite pot shop in Portland. The quality is good and prices are fantastic. They have just two prices - top shelf stuff going for $60/quarter and lower shelf stuff I think are $40. Staff are courteous and not pushy like at some of the other shops around town.

The prices here are a gouge. A few of their lower end strains start at $12 and $14 per gram and there are no discounts for buying in quantity. Apparently they must cater to the people who come to the convention center and buy only grams for novelty. Have seen some of the same product in different stores for much less. The staff is friendly and it's nice you can check out the strains and medical offerings at your leisure, but expect to have a sales person hovering. I would not recommend this place.
