First time last time. While on vacation I decided I needed to reup my supply so I did a local search. After reviewing my choices I selected this location because they did on-line ordering, curbside p/u and p/u conformation time. Placed my order, got the ok to p/u email and I went over and parked in the red cone area for curb side p/u. Did I mention that's one of their claims, " you don't even have to call to p/u you order, we are watching for you to pull up, NOT! After waiting a while I put on my mask and went inside only be be asked to fill out information I had provided via my patient card, then wait around till they found my order, remember the p/u conformation. When they give me my order it's at the wrong price and for another customer. I informed of the mistake and they started to try and fix it. By the time they were done they still gave me a receipt for another patient. I'm thinking of mailing the receipt to them so they know how stupid the bud tenders are. Less smoking and more customer service please.
