I'm a HUGE fan of this establishment. They offer a punch card for loyal customers that can't be topped anywhere in Portland. After 3 visits they knew me and they SPECIAL order OOMP pretzels when they run out just because I asked. They are also open until 10pm I believe which is really nice for those of us who work late. TRY THIS PLACE OUT....

This dispensary has unfortunately gone downhill. They no longer provide the personalized customer service that they used to, constantly their staff is running very behind or slow. they're work on training with new procedures often and work with new equipment or computer systems and that is not something I believe should be trained during prime business hours when people are waiting for service. They also do not weigh their products in front of you (most other places will weigh in front of you) and many times I have got the wrong weight on my product and they always apologize and make it right but this is happened over five times. The same staff members always make the same mistakes. I hope they can get things back on track because the place has turned into a clustered disaster and this used to be the best dispensary in Southwest Portland. The owners use to have time to say hello but that ended too.
