Thieves!!!!! I received a confirmation of my order yet when I arrived my order was missing one of the items.........this is the 4th time I’ve had a high demand item removed from my order with no warning or heads up. I was forced to buy some crap I didn’t want to make the Bogo legit. I’ve left reviews about this and never get a reply. I believe the budtenders are taking what they want for themselves from orders if they run out of high demand items which forces customers that made the trip to settle for something they didn’t want. I’m pissed that this seems to be a recurring problem.

I had a problem with some products in my order and after voicing my concerns I was contacted by management to correct the issue. The staff were very friendly and helpful, Tranica and Machala were great! The problem was no fault of CuraLeaf’s, it’s a quality assurance at the point of manufacture for the item. This staff cares about it’s patients.

I came as an FTP at the Phx location and ordered an oz of the Kush Cake 7 along with an one 1/8 each of Monkey Brains and Chiesel, online. I received an “order ready” text and headed out. I live in Chandler so it’s an hour drive up to Debbies, but the quality is there from what I’d seen and it’s worth it with the FTP. Upon checking in I was told that there were only 7 1/8s of Kush Cake 7 left and I’d have to pick another strain for the last 1/8. I explained that I’d received a text that my entire order was filled with eight 1/8s of Kush Cake 7 and the Bud tender said he was sorry about the mix up and offered me two free pre-rolls to fix the issue which I felt was fair. Well, it was fair until I figured out that on Fridays you get up to two free pre-rolls for every $50 spent anyway which pissed me off seeing I had spent over $200 and had already earned the free pre-rolls. Basically, my order was goofed up/picked out of and I was deceitfully made to feel like a valued customer with two pre-rolls that I earned before the mix up. Debbies overall is a great, friendly, and excellent quality dispensary. I didn’t mind replacing one 1/8 of a total oz with something else, but I just don’t like being lied to by a bud tender supposedly fixing a goof up with only a Friday special. If you’re not going to make something right, just don’t do it instead of lying to me. Will I order and make the drive again after receiving a confirmation text only to arrive and find that my order isn’t filled as requested? I think we deserve more than that.

At 8:01 AM (Opens at 8, mind you), I ordered a 1/2 zip of Aeriz Watermelon Gelato, a 1/2 of Lemon Tree, and a 1/2 of FaceOff OG on the $80 1/2 special and my order was unexpectedly cancelled after 2 hrs of waiting for confirmation. When I went to re-order there was only GMO (Fire, so no problem with GMO) and Nitrous (Which wasn’t even on the menu when I ordered originally) available. The Nitrous was a letdown. It has no nose at all, maybe a slight tea smell and even though the high is on point it’s missing that oomph that Nitrous usually has. I drove from Gilbert and took a loss smh. Hopefully the bud tenders aren’t taking first dibs on all the fire in drops from Aeriz. My order was in at 8:01 am so it makes you wonder...................

I wanted the Drip 3g syringe Bogo NYE special, but they said it only applied to the 1 gram syringe even though the 3g deal is listed on both the website and the text special. Then on top of that I was given the wrong concentrate and had to return to the dispensary (30 miles) to fix it.
