Came by for a pickup order 30 mins early... checked in... after 30 mins i try to signal someone for help am ignored twice by the security guard on his phone, and the budtender sonia (green hair) 15 more minutes pass i finally signal her and she is understanding about the situation. I dont blame her as much as The manager “Ralph” or “raf” .. he’s supposed to be on top of what’s happening and making sure everyone is taken care of in a timely order. I saw 4 people served before me and i just feel like other dispensaries are more customer oriented and organized than Oasis.

I appreciate the fact that you guys are still open amongst everything happening, service is a little sloppy but it’s all still new and everyone who’s delivered has had awesome attitudes!
