The fact that they are currently not taking phone/online orders and they have 10 registers open and it’s taking 15 min to get through 1 person. How slow are you and what the fuck is going on inside where you can’t get people in and out when all you have to help are the people in line since you’re not currently answering phones or taking online orders, ridiculous
Horrible, unfriendly staff. When you sign-up for deals, they text you deals that are not clear making you go out of your way to go to them, then they don’t honor their text message deal, and get attitude about it.
