I love this place, however I just learned that they no longer give a discount for ordering online. And, when I called today to find out about a certain product, the person was less than helpful, in fact, his response to my question was "I don't know, I'm at the security desk, you would need to come in or look at the website" Well, first off, I called because I don't want to run all over town looking for the product since the website does NOT have the information needed for me to make a decision. I don't know who the guy was, this is not how I've been treated in the past, and I am in the store at least 1x a week. I will make a call to the owner....
