Upon arrival I waited close to 5 minutes while the check in person recommended different strains to someone on the phone. He asked for my card and then asked if I had ordered online. I said yes and he told me to go back to my car. I informed him that I wanted to see other product and he told me that I wasn't wearing gloves so I couldn't go in the back. I was wearing the required mask. After a discussion he told me to go in the back. When I got there I was again asked for my card. Then the bud tender got my bag, dumped it on the counter, rang me up as he put my order back in the bag and sent me on my way. When I got to my car I found that my order was wrong. It was short 3g of product. At this point I was too angry to go back in, and I had not been charged for what was missing. On top of that, the product bags were not labled as to what was in the bag. Never was I greeted. Never was I asked if this was my first visit. Never was I told about their rewards program. Never was I asked if I was a veteran or if I qualified for any discount. This place flat out sucks! I will not go back to this poor excuse for a dispensary. And if any of the owners read this, buy a box of gloves. If you require your patients to go above and beyond what the government requires for protective gear i.e. gloves, then provide them. I don't think it would kill you to lay out $15 for a box of 100 when we are dropping $400-$500 a visit.
